Ch&Co is looking for confident and committed Hospitality Supervisors to lead operations in our premium lounges on matchdays at Charlton Athletic Football Club. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the matchday buzz, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable hospitality experience.
Your Role:
As a Hospitality Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for managing a specific lounge or suite on matchdays, ensuring the smooth running of service and leading a team of bar staff, and waiters. You’ll be the key point of contact for both staff and guests, delivering first-class service from pre-match to post-match.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee set-up, service delivery, and close-down of your designated hospitality lounge.
- Lead and motivate a small team, ensuring high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Act as the main point of contact for VIPs, guests, and back-of-house coordination.
- Liaise with catering and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and ambience throughout the event.
