You'll lead multifunctional teams, build trusted client relationships and create a culture where service excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence strategy and operational delivery across a highly visible contract, working with industry-leading teams and the support of the UK's largest catering and support services provider.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading a fully integrated workplace services operation across cleaning, security, catering, hard FM, reception, post room and general facility services.
  • Creating a "One Team" culture that brings all service lines together to deliver a seamless client and customer experience.
  • Building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities to add value.
  • Driving operational excellence through strong KPI and SLA performance.
  • Leading, inspiring and developing diverse teams while creating an engaging and inclusive working environment.
  • Managing budgets, financial performance and commercial objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and contract success.
  • Championing innovation, service improvement and best practice across all areas of the contract.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, compliance and operational governance.
  • Delivering regular performance reviews and strategic updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Enhancing the workplace experience by identifying new ways to improve services and customer satisfaction.

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a confident and commercially minded FM leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys bringing people together to achieve outstanding results.
You'll need:
  • Proven experience leading facilities management operations within a complex, multi-service environment driving workplace experience operation.
  • A strong background in both security and cleaning management, with direct responsibility for operational delivery.
  • Experience managing IFM or TFM contracts.
  • Outstanding client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • A track record of delivering operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including budget management and P&L responsibility.
  • The ability to inspire, engage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • A solid understanding of health & safety, compliance and risk management within FM.
  • Relevant qualifications such as IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM or similar (desirable).
