We are proud to partner with Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club and are now recruiting a Retail Manager to lead retail operations at Molineux Stadium.
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for delivering outstanding retail experiences on matchdays and event days, driving commercial performance, and leading, developing and inspiring high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all retail operations across the stadium, ensuring exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint.
- Drive sales, margin and profit performance through strong commercial awareness and effective stock management.
- Recruit, train, develop and motivate retail teams to deliver consistent brand standards.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, licensing and Levy UK policies and procedures.
- Work closely with key stakeholders including the client, operations teams and supply chain partners.
- Manage labour planning and deployment in line with budgets and operational demands.
- Analyse performance data, KPIs and guest feedback to continually improve standards and results.
- Support the delivery of major matchdays and events, adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in a retail management role, ideally within high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing teams.
- Commercially minded with experience managing sales, costs and stock.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
- Flexible to work matchdays, evenings and weekends as required.
