The Programme: Our twoâyear Operations Graduate Programme is designed for graduates who thrive in fastâpaced, live environments and want to lead teams where the stakes are high. Youâll complete four 6âmonth, siteâbased rotations across major UK venues, gaining handsâon operational and leadership experience.
Rotations: We are looking for four individuals to join our Graduate Programme this October:
- 2 x London based
- 1 x Midlands based
- 1 x either based in Scotland or in the North region â we will work with the chosen candidate to identify the right geographical location based on our portfolio
In the main, rotations will be site based, supporting largeâscale sporting and entertainment events. Travel / overnight stays may be required to support other major events throughout the calendar year and to attend workshops as part of the programme. Rotations across the 2 years will be regionally based although we are looking for applicants who would be flexible to relocate if required.
The Role: No two days are the same. Youâll:
- Support eventâday operations at scale
- Lead and motivate frontline teams
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Manage staffing, stock and service delivery
- Use data and technology to improve performance
- Respond to realâtime challenges in highâpressure environments
As an events business, youâll support our operation by working 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends.
Learning & Development: From day one, youâll be on the floor, learning from experienced venue leaders and taking ownership early. Youâll receive:
