We’re looking for a confident and experienced Head Chef to join a high-profile Central London site, reporting directly into the General Manager. This is a well-structured, multi-service operation offering a mix of breakfast, lunch, and hospitality. It’s a fast-paced environment, but with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and team leadership rather than late nights or weekend work.

You’ll lead the kitchen team day-to-day, taking ownership of food standards, service delivery, and kitchen operations, while working closely with the General Manager to ensure overall site success.

Key Responsibilities
