A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Management professional to oversee a prestigious single site operation within a high-profile corporate environment in Central London.
This role requires a commercially astute and customer-focused leader who can successfully balance operational excellence, client relationship management, financial performance, and people leadership.
You will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience while ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Working across a diverse service offering, you will act as the key point of contact for senior stakeholders, lead operational teams, and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, drive performance, and support future growth.
The Opportunity
Reporting into senior account leadership, you will take ownership of a multi-service operation, ensuring all services are delivered in line with client expectations and contractual commitments.
Key responsibilities will include
- Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and acting as the primary operational contact.
- Leading the day-to-day delivery of facilities services.
- Driving a culture of service excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Managing specialist service partners and suppliers to ensure performance, compliance, and value for money.
- Leading regular business reviews, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and strengthen client partnerships.
- Taking ownership of health, safety, and compliance performance across the operation.
- Managing financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, labour strategy, and cost control.
- Developing high-performing teams through coaching, succession planning, and engagement initiatives.
- Supporting business retention and identifying opportunities for organic growth and service expansion.
- Using operational data and performance insights to inform decision-making and drive efficiencies.
About You
You will be an accomplished facilities management professional with experience leading integrated service environments within demanding client-facing settings.
We are particularly interested in individuals who can demonstrate
- Experience managing facilities, or integrated services operations within corporate, commercial, or business environments.
- Experience overseeing both hard and soft FM services.
- A strong track record of delivering operational excellence alongside full financial accountability.
- The ability to build credibility quickly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong commercial awareness with proven experience managing budgets, costs, and profitability.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem solving.
- Experience leading and developing teams within fast-paced service environments.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, compliance, and risk management principles.
- Ideally, You'll Also Have
- Knowledge of technology platforms and CAFM systems.
- Professional facilities management qualifications or membership of a recognised industry body.
- Understanding of sustainability initiatives and environmental performance within facilities management.
