Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Admin Manager to take ownership of key administrative and operational functions across multiple sites. This is a dynamic role requiring strong leadership, financial awareness, and a proactive approach to compliance and process management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Accommodation team, overseeing approximately 2,000 bookings per month, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service delivery.
  • Manage mess accountants, supporting over 1,200 members and ensuring robust financial administration.
  • Drive the effective management of aged debt, ensuring timely resolution and improved cash flow.
  • Conduct and oversee site Profit Protection audits, maintaining compliance and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee site vehicle fleet management (4 vehicles across 3 sites), ensuring operational readiness and compliance.
  • Support outlet managers in maintaining OurTime compliance and adhering to company standards.
  • Manage the site hiring hub, ensuring full compliance and smooth onboarding processes.
  • Take ownership of Crown account management, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Oversee spreadover control and management, maintaining efficiency and financial compliance.
  • Provide HR administrative support to the General Manager and outlet managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel file (P File) management.

  • Proven experience in an administrative or operations management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Confident working with financial data, including debt management and audits.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across sites.
