We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a part‑time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Responsibilities:
- To be the regular day‑to‑day client contact and maintain basic reports.
- To ensure 5 star cleaning standards are delivered every day.
- To manage stock control of all items within the remit of the role (linen and consumables).
- To train and develop the team in all tasks.
- To promote a safety culture and ensure the team are aware of and operate in accordance with company and client Health.
