Ch&co are the in‑house caterers based at The Valley, we pride ourselves on delivering unforgettable matchday experiences and exceptional events that reflect the spirit of our club and its supporters. We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and experienced Hospitality and Events Manager to lead our hospitality offering and manage a diverse range of non‑matchday events.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of matchday hospitality across lounges, executive boxes, and premium areas.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver a variety of non‑matchday events, including conferences, private functions, corporate bookings, and community events.
- Work closely with the culinary and operational teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and guest experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, and VIP guests.
- Drive revenue growth through creative packages, seasonal offers, and upselling opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety, licensing, and operational standards.
- Manage hospitality budgets, forecast sales, and report on performance against KPIs.
- Recruit, train, and lead event staff and matchday hospitality teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a hospitality or events management role (experience in a sporting or stadium environment is highly desirable).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Strong customer service ethos and a passion for delivering premium guest experiences.
- Commercial awareness with a flair for event sales and planning.
