What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the KP team: manage, motivate and support Kitchen Porter staff
- Organise rotas and staffing levels for busy service periods and events
- Handle holidays, sickness cover, and day‑to‑day team coordination
- Train and induct new team members to site and Compass standards
- Ensure all kitchen, wash‑up, storage, loading, and waste areas are clean, safe, and organised
- Maintain Food Safety, HACCP, COSHH, and Health standards
