We’re looking for two passionate and ambitious Senior Chef de Parties to join the culinary team at

You’ll be part of a team preparing luxury breakfasts, afternoon high teas and premium food offerings , giving you the opportunity to work with quality ingredients and showcase your culinary skills.
What will you be doing?
- Preparing and cooking luxury breakfasts, afternoon high teas and premium dishes
- Taking responsibility for your section and ensuring consistently high standards
- Producing food with excellent quality, presentation and attention to detail
- Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
- Helping to coach and develop junior chefs
- Maintaining excellent food safety, allergen and hygiene standards
- Working closely with the senior kitchen team to deliver an outstanding guest experience
- Bringing creativity and passion to everything you produce
- What are we looking for? We’re looking for a
Chef de Partie who is ready to progress , develop their skills and take on greater responsibility.
Ideally, you will have
- Previous experience as a
- Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
- A genuine passion for food and high-quality presentation
- Experience within a high-end restaurant, hotel, hospitality or premium catering environment is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
- Good knowledge of food safety and allergen standards
- The ambition to develop and progress your culinary career
- The confidence to take responsibility for your section and support junior team members
- A positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
