Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our contract catering team in Glasgow. You will run your designated section and support the wider kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and service.
You will prepare and cook to a high standard, follow menus and portion control guidelines, maintain hygiene, support breakfast, lunch and hospitality services, and help with stock checks and waste reduction, while guiding junior staff as needed.
