Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm (with hospitality up to ~8pm when required)
Key responsibilities
- Managing Lunch and snacking programme - Lunch is CPU based.
- People and customer centric attitude and focus.
- Manage underperformance and coach the team to deliver on clients' expectations.
- Needs to be a foodie and able to translate customer feedback into tangible feedback to CPU and wider stakeholders.
- Will manage front and back of house total team up to 20 people.
- Ability to manage budgets and labour finance, always looking for more efficient and practical solutions.
- Present new Snacking options to the client and therefore needs to keep abreast of trends.
