We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Front of House Staff to join our fantastic, busy catering team at the Design Museum on a flexible, casual basis. As a member of the front of house team, you will be part of a hard-working, friendly group who all have the same goal - to deliver exceptional customer service to our visitors.

Successful Front of House Staff are responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Basic food production & preparation
  • Customer service
  • Supporting the overall catering operations while ensuring compliance with all Health and Food Safety regulations
  • Welcoming guests
  • Serving food & drinks
  • Operating the till system
  • Serving coffees and cocktails
  • Supporting with evening events

Shifts will vary between Monday to Sunday. Due to the nature of the business, successful candidates should be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends. This is a casual zero-hours role, so hours will vary depending on the needs of the business, on a weekly basis.
