We're currently recruiting a dedicated Customer Services Assistant (Zero Hours) to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week. As a Customer Services Assistant (Zero Hours), you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. What you'll do:

  • Friendly and thoughtful service – you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing products, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience.
  • Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
  • Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be.
  • Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
