Compass Group UK&I, ESS Defence division, is recruiting a driven Barista on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week, 49.2 weeks per year) to craft beautifully made drinks and deliver first-class service to Defence customers. You’ll work as part of a team, handling payments, maintaining hygiene and stock, and learning brewing methods to wow guests.
