In this role, you’ll be supporting the Digital Content Manager in developing engaging content that drives brand awareness, audience engagement and business growth. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to produce and deliver the monthly Workforce Management eMagazine - a rapidly growing internal publication across the UK’s largest catering company. Working closely with the Digital Content Manager, the Digital Content Assistant coordinates the complete content lifecycle from initial compilation through to final approval and distribution.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Supporting HR-related internal communications requests
- Producing analytical reports
- Creating promotional content for recruitment campaigns in partnership with external stakeholders
The position requires building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance brand visibility across all digital platforms. This role is essential in ensuring all content aligns with business objectives while maintaining exceptional quality and brand consistency.

The Job Role:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce and deliver our rapidly growing Workforce Management eMagazine
- Support, prepare and draft internal communications requests that align with business needs
- Create content that resonates with key audiences and increases brand awareness
- Develop visual assets and compelling copy for recruitment campaigns to attract top talent and support hiring objectives
- Support content partnerships that enhance our external digital presence
- Identify and pursue sector-departmental content collaboration opportunities
- Generate fresh, innovative approaches to creating and distributing digital content internally and externally
- Partner with the Digital Content Manager to ensure all digital assets remain current and effective
- Create content and copy that welcomes and serves users of all backgrounds, abilities, and access needs

Person Specification:
- Genuine passion for digital marketing and content creation
- Eager to learn and develop
- Experience in digital content creation, social media management or digital marketing
- Strong creative abilities with excellent visual and written communication skills
- Demonstrated success in developing effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Requirements:
- Experience with content creation platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software) preferred, however training can be provided for the right candidate
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital analytics
- Experience with email marketing platforms
