Blue Apple in Dartford is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team. The role is a full-time position with shifts from 6:30am to 3pm, 40 hours per week, five days a week. This fixed-term contract runs until 9 October, with a pay rate of £19 per hour.
You will help craft menus, ensure timely production, and maintain high quality and presentation for our clients at Dartford. The ideal candidate is experienced in professional kitchens, capable of working under pressure, and adaptable to early shifts.
