Coffee Bar Supervisor – Canary Wharf
£17.19 per hour
We’re looking for a confident, personable Coffee Bar Supervisor to lead our busy weekday coffee bars in the heart of Canary Wharf. If you’re passionate about great coffee, love bringing people together, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll do:

Lead and support the barista team, creating a positive, collaborative atmosphere

Maintain high standards of service and product quality

Work confidently with digital systems and POS tills

Ensure smooth daily operations, from opening routines to stock control

Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience
What we’re looking for:

Strong communication and people skills

Barista training and hands-on coffee bar experience

Experience using digital POS tills
-
A natural team motivator with a calm, confident presence

Coffee certification is a bonus, but not essential
