We are currently recruiting a full-time Cleaning Supervisor to join our cleaning and facilities teams for Government Services contracted to 35 hours per week. As one of our dedicated Cleaning team, you will help to deliver on our promise to always create the best and brightest experiences for our clients and customers. If you are a committed Cleaning Supervisor looking for a role you will shine in, we have the position for you. We are looking for cleaners that are DV Cleared or who will pass a DV clearance check.
Your key responsibilities may include:
- Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
- Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
- Being a responsible key holder
- Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
- Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
- Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
- Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations
Our ideal Cleaning Supervisor will:
- Have previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
- Possess good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service
- Be a team player with a can-do attitude
- Have the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
