Working Pattern

40 hours per week, 5/7, daytime and evening shifts

Rate of Pay

£40,000 - £43,000 per annum depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage 2 restaurants with 150 covers average and up to 300 covers for events
  • Manager a team of up to 25 members
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Drive revenue, control costs, and achieve financial targets.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless delivery of food and service.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of the team.
  • Continuously improve service standards through guest feedback and business performance analysis.
