Nettle, the rooftop restaurant at The Conduit in Covent Garden, is seeking a passionate Bartender to join the ACRE Hospitality team. You’ll work with the Head Bartender and kitchen to create thoughtful cocktails and warm, engaging service.
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll explore seasonal ingredients, craft small-batch drinks, maintain a well‑stocked bar, and help deliver memorable guest experiences while upholding licensing and safety standards.
