Compass Group UK is seeking a Chef Manager at Martin Brower in Darlington to lead a kitchen team of eight, deliver high-quality daily service, and manage menus, costs and waste. This hands-on role drives standards, training and customer satisfaction across roughly 150 meals per day.
You’ll work Monday–Friday with 40 hours weekly, leading by example in a busy catering site within the Gather & Gather portfolio, enjoying strong development and a supportive team culture.
