Catering Manager – Helensburgh

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support catering & retail teams across all sites
  • Deliver training, develop talent, and elevate food standards
  • Launch and embed new food offers, menus, and retail innovations
  • Drive safety, service excellence, sales growth & profitability
  • Build strong client relationships and support contract retention
  • Monitor food service delivery to ensure consistency and quality
  • Use dashboards, EPOS & Nexus to forecast, optimise and improve performance
  • Manage stock, merchandising, promotions, and brand compliance
  • Champion Health & Wellbeing and Supply Chain initiatives

What You’ll Bring

  • Professional Cookery Level 3 (or equivalent)
  • Strong multi-site catering/retail experience
  • Outstanding culinary capability & passion for great food
  • Skilled trainer, mentor and motivator of chef teams
  • Confident presenter with excellent communication
  • Financial acumen: costings, margins, forecasting
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
  • Microsoft Office competency
