We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and reliable Catering Assistant to join our weekend team at the iconic Edinburgh Zoo. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant catering operation, helping us deliver delicious food and outstanding service to our visitors.
As a Catering Assistant, you’ll play a key role in preparing and serving food, supporting the wider catering team, and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving food and drinks to a high standard
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service at counters and tills
- Assisting with the setup, clearing, and cleaning of catering areas
- Supporting the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations
- Following Health & Safety and food hygiene guidelines at all times
