What You'll Be Doing As Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in delivering consistently high standards across the kitchen by:

  • Planning, preparing, cooking and presenting food to company and client standards.
  • Producing fresh, high-quality dishes with excellent presentation and attention to detail.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service by consistently exceeding customer expectations.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and health & safety compliance.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver an efficient service.
  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the smooth running of the kitchen.
  • Managing your section effectively, ensuring consistency and quality at every service.
  • Acting as a positive ambassador for the business and demonstrating our company values at all times.

You'll have

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong background in a similar role.
  • A genuine passion for cooking fresh, seasonal, high-quality food.
  • Excellent culinary skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of current food trends and modern cooking techniques.
  • A solid understanding of food hygiene, HACCP and health & safety legislation.
  • The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Immaculate personal presentation and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
