About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Administration Team Lead to manage and develop our admin support team for the TESC contract. You’ll ensure workflows, reporting, and day-to-day operations run smoothly while driving continuous improvement and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the admin team to meet contract objectives on time and to standard.
- Train, coach, and develop administrators, building capability and succession plans.
- Manage reporting, documentation, and compliance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
