We are currently recruiting a dedicated Helpdesk Operator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a part-time basis, contracted to 13 hours per week.
As a Helpdesk Operator, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of helpdesk services within a busy healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities:- Undertaking telephone calls in a busy Hospital Helpdesk
- Responsible for ensuring all tasks are logged accurately and allocated to the correct operative
- Ensuring all calls are answered promptly, politely and professionally
- Ensuring all tasks are closed off in a timely manner
- Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations
- Have previous experience within a similar role either in Customer Service or Call Centre environment
- Have excellent communication and IT skills
- Be adaptable and easily embrace changing priorities
- Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships
- Strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner
- Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers
