Facilities Supervisor in Surrey

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Facilities Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Being polite, professional and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleagues.
• Providing a warm and informative welcome to Cadent employees and introducing them to the area and its facilities.
• Being extremely customer focused and able to deal with enquiries and queries in a proactive and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Supervising the cleaning team and ensuring high standards of cleaning and processes are followed.
• Being detail-oriented and able to forecast what will be needed for the weeks ahead.
• Demonstrating a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and striving to exceed customer expectations.
• Answering questions regarding the site FM services.
• Directly working with all on-site teams for consistent service and addressing issues.
• Assisting in all additional support services where applicable if correct training has been provided and verified, liaising with the customer liaison team.
