Location: Bury St Edmunds & Surrounding areas

Salary: £36,000 per annum

Shift Pattern: 5 over 7 but predominately Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver fresh, high-quality food that consistently exceeds client and customer expectations.
  • Lead and support kitchen teams across multiple sites, providing hands-on guidance, coaching, and training.
  • Drive excellent food presentation and execute menu concepts to the highest standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve food quality, service delivery, and operational performance.
  • Manage food ordering, stock control, and waste reduction to maximise profitability.
  • Oversee day-to-day catering operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and exceptional customer service.
  • Take ownership of site budgets, labour costs, and financial performance, ensuring targets are achieved.
  • Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and company procedures across all locations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted and professional representative of the business.
  • Provide flexible support across sites, ensuring smooth operations during absences, vacancies, and mobilisations.
