We\'re recruiting an experienced Student Engagement Manager who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service marketing for Universities on a full time basis.

Your key responsibilities- Lead and manage marketing initiatives across 13 on-campus food and beverage outlets, ensuring alignment with Compass Group brand standards.
- Develop and update menus, promotions, and visual materials, maintaining consistency in look and feel.
- Regularly update websites, digital signage, and other communication channels to reflect current offerings and campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with student union representatives to incorporate student-led activities and events into outlet operations and marketing strategies.
- Drive student engagement by creating and supporting initiatives that resonate with the student body.
- Ensure all marketing materials are engaging, accurate, and compliant with both university and Compass Group guidelines.
- Work creatively and independently to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns.
- Monitor performance and success of marketing efforts, using insights to make data-driven improvements.
- Act as the key liaison between Compass, the University of Kent, and student organizations for all engagement and promotional activities.
- Stay up-to-date with student trends, preferences, and feedback to enhance service delivery and marketing impact.
