We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Retail Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of operations on a full‑time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
- Supervise a team, creating a positive environment where the team feels welcomed and supported.
- Act as a responsible key holder.
- Use the till, take orders and receive payments.
- Assist with weekly bookkeeping and any other duties that are necessary.
- Produce weekly rotas following the manager’s guidelines.
- Place orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels.
- Delegate where necessary and ensure the team is proactive at all times.
- Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
Ideal Retail Supervisor
- Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
- Good communication skills with a focus on great customer service.
- Team player with a can‑do attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
