Retail Sous Chef - The Role

  • Lead the delivery of high‑quality cuisine in a fast‑paced venue environment.
  • Collaborate with the venue team to ensure mise‑en‑place, timing and service standards meet guest expectations.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and inventory control.
  • Support operational planning for daily menus, seasonal specials and event catering.
