We are currently recruiting for a Relief Sous Chef to join our team in London.
Location: Various sites around London, Mileage Covered
Rate of Pay: £38,480 per annum, Overtime paid at 1.5 premium
Working Pattern: Predominately Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 07:00am - 15:30pm, Some weekend work & evening availability for occasional hospitality events
Key Responsibilities:
- To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
- To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
- To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time
- To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
- To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and order necessary ingredients
