Job Introduction

Up to £50,000 per annum (DOE) + Electric Company Car or Allowance

Location: North of the UK

We're looking for an experienced Regional Soft Services Manager to oversee Security and Cleaning operations for a national contract in the North. This is a key client-facing role, managing service delivery, compliance, and site teams across multiple locations. Due to sites within your remit currently we are looking for someone ideally located in and around the Derby area.

What You'll Do:

  • Financial Management - Overseeing contracts to ensure they meet budgets and performance targets.
  • Quality & Compliance - Maintaining the highest safety and regulatory standards.
  • Innovation & Growth - Identifying opportunities for service improvement and business expansion.
  • Sales & Retention - Supporting bids, proposals, and business retention strategies.
  • Client Relations - Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Service Excellence - Ensuring consistency and high-quality service delivery across all operations.

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of area management experience overseeing soft services (must inc. security and cleaning)
  • Experience managing multiple sites and in-house service delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of client satisfaction.
  • Commercial awareness and financial acumen.
  • Experience in business growth and retention.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Non-Frontline SIA Licence (current or previously held).
  • IOSH and/or NEBOSH accreditation (or working towards).
