We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Engagement Manager to lead the development and delivery of strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and support commercial objectives. This role will be responsible for managing brand communications across digital platforms and physical touchpoints, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact. The successful candidate will be confident in client-facing environments and capable of representing the business professionally with key stakeholders, partners, and clients. A strong background in food, hospitality, or food-led organisations is essential, with a clear understanding of how to communicate quality, provenance, and experience through marketing and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and engagement strategies aligned with business goals
- Drive audience engagement across digital channels, campaigns, and brand initiatives
- Design, manage, and deliver marketing collateral and digital promotional materials
- Oversee content development to ensure consistent brand tone and positioning
