Coordinate regularly with client marketing and comms teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Attend and contribute to monthly contract reviews, quarterly business reviews and annual site reviews. Liaise closely with site colleagues (Sales, GM, Exec Chef, Head of Drinks, Events) to ensure integrated activity. Build effective relationships with external partners including PR agencies, creative agencies, photographers, designers, and media outlets.
  • Budget Management and Reporting: Manage and track the marketing budget, including campaign costs, content creation and agency spend. Monitor performance through data, analytics and reporting to measure ROI, optimise spend and inform future activity. Own quarterly reporting and KPIs across all marketing channels.

Previous experience in delivering fully integrated marketing plans across multiple consumer channels. Experience working with agencies, partners and cross-functional teams.
