Are you a creative, commercially minded marketer who truly understands the pace and nuance of hospitality and food-led environments? We are seeking a Marketing & Engagement Manager to deliver standout engagement and marketing activity that elevates the customer experience and drives operational and commercial success.
In this role, you will shape and deliver a diverse marketing strategy that supports a large, multi-site hospitality operation. You will lead the development of campaigns, digital initiatives, and engagement programmes that bring food stories to life, enhance on-site experiences, and support continued innovation. You will work closely with operational teams, culinary leads, suppliers, and client stakeholders to ensure that every activation, from menu launches to themed events, lands with impact.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content and in-location channels.
- Create client-ready communication materials including weekly packs and quarterly review decks.
- Build and manage a rolling engagement calendar focused on food, wellbeing, and experience-led activity.
- Ensure food counters, displays and spaces consistently reflect high hospitality standards and compelling provenance storytelling.
- Produce and brief creative assets, POS, visual materials and promotional collateral.
- Lead digital content on apps and platforms, including activity updates, ingredient stories and customer communications.
- Support new digital initiatives and transitions across the sector.
- Drive employee engagement, feedback loops, culinary insight gathering, and wellbeing-focused activity.
- Manage themed events, seasonal activations, supplier collaborations and on-site set-ups.
- Analyse campaign performance and build commercially sound business cases.

- Proven ability to craft and execute multi-channel communication programmes.
