The Pavilion combines the energy of a busy destination venue with the standards and culture of modern hospitality leadership.
Shift Pattern: 5 over 7 days
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a busy hybrid-service restaurant operation with a strong focus on guest experience and service standards.
- Drive team performance through hands-on leadership, coaching, and development.
- Manage labour, rotas, and staffing to deliver efficient and commercially successful operations.
- Maintain high standards across customer service, food safety, compliance, and daily operations.
- Take ownership of stock control, operational readiness, and service delivery during peak trading periods.
- Support sales growth through strong communication, upselling focus, and commercial awareness.
- Build a positive, accountable, and hospitality-led team culture.
- Managing a team of 2 assistant managers, 2 supervisors and 12-14 casual team members.
