Compass Group UK & Ireland is hiring an Apprentice Chef in Lincoln to join our Defence catering team. This full-time role runs 37 hours per week with rotating shifts, and includes on-the-job training leading to Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications in professional cookery.
You will work under a line manager, gaining hands-on experience and learning from experienced chefs. You will start as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie apprentice, developing cookery skills, food hygiene, and service delivery.
