As Housekeeping Supervisor at Yarnfield Park, you will be:
- Assigning tasks for the housekeeping staff, including room attendants and public area cleaners, and organising cover when needed.
- Inspecting rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance standards and providing constructive feedback to staff.
- Training and motivating staff to maintain high performance and customer service standards.
- Managing supplies stock levels, ordering cleaning and consumable products within budget.
- Handling guest complaints regarding housekeeping services and coordinating corrective actions.
- Maintenance reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety.
