As Housekeeping Supervisor at Yarnfield Park, you will be:

  • Assigning tasks for the housekeeping staff, including room attendants and public area cleaners, and organising cover when needed.
  • Inspecting rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance standards and providing constructive feedback to staff.
  • Training and motivating staff to maintain high performance and customer service standards.
  • Managing supplies stock levels, ordering cleaning and consumable products within budget.
  • Handling guest complaints regarding housekeeping services and coordinating corrective actions.
  • Maintenance reporting.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety.
