Join our F1 team as a Host/Hostess delivering unforgettable VIP experiences on the world's biggest stage! Are you passionate about luxury hospitality and live events? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where exceptional service is the standard? We are looking for charismatic, multilingual Hosts and Hostesses to join our elite team and help create unforgettable experiences for VIP guests, sponsors, and corporate clients at Formula 1 race weekends around the globe.
As a Host/Hostess, you'll work in exclusive hospitality suites, paddocks, and private lounges—welcoming and guiding guests, delivering seamless service, and ensuring every visitor feels valued and cared for. You'll be the face of hospitality, combining professionalism with warmth to elevate the guest experience at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet VIP guests with a warm welcome and escort them to their designated areas
- Manage seating arrangements and assist with hospitality services to ensure smooth, enjoyable experiences
- Provide expert information about race schedules, hospitality offerings, and event logistics
- Collaborate closely with catering, security, and event teams to deliver flawless service
- Respond quickly and professionally to guest needs and special requests, handling any issues discreetly
- Help maintain pristine, inviting hospitality zones throughout the event
- Collect guest feedback to help continuously enhance our hospitality standards
- Fluent in English and French or Italian
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in luxury hospitality or event environments preferred
- Able to perform confidently under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Immaculate presentation and a team player with a flexible approach
- Willingness to travel internationally and work race weekends
