Hospitality Manager – Central London – £50,000 Salary

Are you a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a talented Hospitality Manager to join our team in Central London, offering an exciting opportunity to deliver 5-star service within a prestigious corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee hospitality and event services, including buffets, fine dining dinners, and canapé receptions.
2. Lead, recruit, train, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service.
3. Manage staffing levels to meet operational needs while maintaining budgetary control.
4. Ensure all hospitality areas and equipment meet Health and Safety standards and are well-maintained.
5. Assist in achieving financial targets and preparing business forecasts.
6. Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and statutory requirements.

What We\’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience in food service, contract catering, or hospitality, ideally in a fast-paced corporate or hospitality environment.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication skills, a good understanding of financial management, and problem-solving ability.
4. A passion for customer service and providing a world-class hospitality experience.
5. Ability to thrive in a corporate setting with a focus on delivering 5-star service.
