Job Introduction
Hospitality Manager Monday-Friday 37,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure guests receive a warm, professional, consistent experience
- Act as the main point of contact and respond to client needs
- Train, support, and develop staff to deliver high standards
- Ensure smooth service, presentation, and customer flow
- Uphold all statutory and company standards
- Schedule effectively to meet service and budget needs
- Support budget control, cost management, and revenue targets
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and efficiency
- Ensure seamless communication between FOH and BOH
- Plan, set up, and deliver events to a high standard
