Are you passionate about food, drink and service, want to be part of an award-winning hospitality team - and still make it home for dinner? We are looking for a Group General Manager to work with us in South West London.
Location: South West London
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 7am to 3pm, 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations.
- Full of innovation and creativity to develop the food offering.
- Oversee 2 sites based in South West London area.
- Lead, develop and manage the team staff members of 70+, ensuring you and staff members are up to date with COSHH and Food hygiene training and any other relevant trainings.
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual business.
- Ensure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- We are looking for candidates with experience within contract catering, ideally 5 years management experience.
- We are looking for candidates who have managed sites with retail and hospitality on site.
- Will be able to manage external stakeholders and have proven ability to build great relationships with clients.
