General Catering Manager – Hull
Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE)
5 out of 7 days, including evenings, weekends, and nights
Due to location must have a driving license and access to a vehicle
We\’re on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced General Catering Manager to lead a high-volume, 24/7 catering operation in Hull. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader to take full ownership of a fast-paced site delivering round-the-clock food and vending services.
What you\’ll be doing:

• Leading all aspects of on-site catering operations
• Managing, motivating, and developing a skilled team
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Overseeing financial performance including P&L responsibility
• Ensuring service excellence and high standards at all times
• Driving sales, meeting KPIs, and enhancing customer satisfaction

• Proven experience in managing high-volume catering services
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Financially savvy with P&L accountability
• Great communication skills and a hands-on approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
