Contract: Zero-hour contract, working across venues that have a 7 day a week operation. Weekend and evening work is required.
We are looking for enthusiastic Front of House Staff to join our fantastic, busy catering team at our London venues on a flexible, casual basis. As a member of the front of house team, you will be part of a hard-working, friendly group who all have the same goal – to deliver exceptional customer service to our visitors.

- The Design Museum (W8 6AG)
- IWM London (SE1 6HZ)
- HMS Belfast (SE1 2JH)
- Churchill War Rooms (SW1A 2AQ)
Successful Front of House Staff are responsible for a variety of tasks, including basic food production & preparation, customer service, and supporting the overall catering operations while ensuring compliance with all Health and Food Safety regulations. Supporting the delivery of the excellent front of house operation standards onsite is expected, whereby you will be welcoming guests, serving food & drinks, operating the till system, serving coffees and cocktails, and supporting with evening events.

Shifts will vary between Monday to Sunday. Due to the nature of the business, successful candidates should be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends. This is a casual zero-hours role, so hours will vary depending on the needs of the business, on a weekly basis.
