We're looking for a Facilities Assistant (Cleaning & Reception) to join our 14forty team. In this varied and hands-on role, you'll play a key part in creating clean, welcoming and professional environments for our clients and their visitors. Combining commercial cleaning, reception cover and workplace support services, no two days will be the same.
Using your attention to detail and customer-focused approach, you'll help maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation, provide front-of-house support, and assist with the smooth day-to-day running of workplace services across a range of locations.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high standards of cleaning across offices, meeting rooms, kitchens, washrooms and communal areas
- Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation throughout the workplace
- Replenishing consumables and reporting maintenance or health and safety issues
- Providing reception cover and delivering a welcoming front-of-house experience when required
- Supporting meeting room set-ups and general workplace services
- Working across multiple client sites in London as required
- Carrying out other ad hoc facilities duties

- Have previous commercial or professional cleaning experience (highly desirable)
