We are seeking an Executive Chef for one of our top UK accounts. In this role, you will passionately lead our food culture, delivering excellence through creativity, seasonality, nutrition, and, of course, delicious food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sustainability initiatives aligned with our goal of achieving net zero by 2030, embedding environmental responsibility in our culinary practices.
  • Recruit, train, develop, and retain top culinary talent, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Strengthen client relationships through engaging food experiences, including community cooking classes and educational opportunities.
  • Maintain exceptional food standards consistently across employee dining and hospitality.
  • Immerse yourself and your team in the vibrant London and regional food scene to identify and implement innovations.
  • Design menus that promote wellbeing, integrating our 'Ways To Be Well' programme.
  • Collaborate with Foodbuy to maximise planet-friendly procurement opportunities, focusing on local sourcing and responsible purchasing.
  • Manage food wastage processes and champion plant-forward eating through innovative menu design.
  • Oversee stocktaking and ensure proper food storage to minimise waste and optimise profitability.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food safety, allergens, and hygiene regulations.
  • Create an inspiring kitchen environment that motivates your team to excel.
  • Promote a diverse and inclusive work culture where every team member feels valued and empowered.
