Key Responsibilities Plan large-scale B2B and B2C conferences, exhibitions, and expos Develop event timelines, floorplans, agendas, and registration flows Source and manage vendors, venues, contractors, speakers, and exhibitors Collaborate with marketing, production, and sales to ensure success Troubleshoot on-site with a cool head and problem-solving mindset Monitor budgets, evaluate post-event ROI, and continually improve event quality What We’re Looking For 2+ years in conference, exhibition, or trade show planning (agency or in-house) Experience managing multi-day, multi-track events with hundreds or thousands of attendees Confident communicator and logistics expert Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong tech skills (event management platforms, CRM, project tools) Detail-oriented, customer-focused, proactive Bonus Points If You Have Experience with Salesforce / Delphi Knowledge of CAD software or floor planning tools Creative input on agendas, attendee engagement, or sponsor activations What You’ll Get A dynamic, supportive environment with industry-leading events Global exposure and growth opportunities Competitive salary and performance bonuses A fun team that celebrates successes Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Food and Beverage Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
